Frequently asked questions
What counts as a post?
A post is a content item in your library. Your plan sets how many new items you can create per month.
Are limits per site or total?
Limits are per workspace and shared across all connected sites. For example, Agency includes up to 30 websites and 120 posts per month total (not 120 per website).
Does my usage roll over?
Your monthly allowance resets on your billing date. Unused capacity does not roll over.
What happens when I hit a limit?
When you reach your monthly limits, actions pause until the next period. Upgrade your plan to increase your limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is WordPress required?
No. WordPress is optional. You can export drafts for any platform, or connect WordPress for direct publishing. Webflow, Shopify, and Ghost are coming soon.
Is Search Console required?
No, but it's highly recommended. Search Console provides real query data that powers opportunity detection and CTR improvements. You can still use AgenticSEO with sitemap data alone.
Can I restrict what the agent can change?
Yes. In Settings, you can specify allowed page types, restricted URL paths, and safe keywords. Autopilot respects these rules, and you can require approval for all changes.
Why is pricing predictable?
Each action has a fixed cost that doesn't change. This gives you predictable spend and full control. Your monthly allowance resets so you always know your budget.
