You may not use AgenticSEO to engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- violate laws or regulations
- interfere with or disrupt the Service (including scraping, probing, scanning, or stress testing without permission)
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- bypass rate limits or access controls
- transmit malware, spyware, or harmful code
- send spam, phishing, or deceptive communications
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- harass, threaten, or target individuals or groups
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or generate content that:
- is illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent
- includes sexual exploitation of minors (zero tolerance)
- promotes violence or hate toward protected groups
- invades privacy or exposes sensitive personal data without rights/consent
3. AI-Specific Rules
You may not use AI features to:
- generate or distribute spam at scale
- impersonate others deceptively
- attempt to extract confidential information about our systems or other users
- generate content that violates law or third-party rights
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may remove content where appropriate.
